It is suggested that the dampers have maintenance under 2 assumptions to maintain their perfect performance:

.

- Recreational use: once a year, or after every 100 hours of use

- Use in competition: every 6 months or after every 50 hours of use

Price of the service: $ 50,000 pesos VAT included (includes seals, oil and labor)

*Prices may change without notice.
* Does not include shipping costs
* If at the time of service it is detected that the damper requires any part due to wear or misuse, it will be charged additionally.

Note: Failure to adhere to the above maintenance intervals will void the Storia V3 and Arma V3 warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY

.

EXT offers a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on any manufacturing defect to the original owner of the damper, with his proof of purchase (Invoice). wildsty only offers a guarantee for products purchased in Chile. In the case of replaced parts, EXT offers a 6-month warranty on them.

The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, negligence in the use of EXT products, falls, bumps, or any misuse of our products, as well as repairs made by workshops not authorized by wildsty.

In the case of Banshee, the warranty is for the frame only and has a period of 4 years for v3 models from the time of purchase. To consider the warranty, Banshee and Wildsty require:

- Register the frame in your name as the original owner, with a maximum period of 60 days at bansheebikes.com.

- Maintain the purchase receipt / invoice at the time of requesting the guarantee.
